CGK GROUP, a prominent player in the realm of construction and real estate management, comprises two distinct entities. One is dedicated to comprehensive studies and constructions, while the second focuses on the efficient management of real estate.

Founded in 1996 by Dimitris Kanakis, a Civil Engineer and NTUA graduate, and a member of TEE since 1979, the design and construction office is headquartered in Artemida, Attica. The office's mission is to provide holistic solutions in the construction domain. Over the years, the team has expanded across Attica, showcasing expertise in constructing residential and commercial buildings. With a rich portfolio boasting over 70 projects, including detached houses, apartment buildings, and public infrastructure like bridges and schools, the team is well-equipped to undertake diverse design and construction projects throughout Greece.

In 2016, Christos Kanakis, a Civil Engineer and graduate of the Technical University of Patras, assumed leadership of the office. Collaborating with Theodore Karamihalakos, an Architect Engineer and NTUA graduate, they continued the legacy of their predecessor.
